If you wish to discontinue an active subscription, you may transfer the subscription (if the process and consultation haven't started) to a person in the family at no extra charge.
The company regrets that no cancellations/ refunds would be accepted; however, the subscription can be paused for you to resume at a later stage, after app/website/marketplace approval from the administration.
