Description Most silicon giant do make our eyes pop with exquisitely layed buffet tables at cafeteria, fancy nap rooms and high functioning desks. But are these really sufficed to support our health? Are these perks really worth the stress that takes toll on our health? I was cooped up in a gloomy room looking drab. It was still period of covid and semi lock down was adhered. Most companies had found the cost effective potion ‘Work from home’. I was part of Silicon giant Twitter and like most of them I was also slaved to stress, anxiety and loneliness. I did not wish to go out of the house because of my face, My face was filled with red acnes. It was because of my Lifestyle disorder, I had hormone imbalance, anxiety, insomnia, weight loss and acne. All these conditions have occurred because I cannot manage a healthy lifestyle because of work pressure, which directly affects my personal well being as well. We all know how important our health is but somehow we manage to neglect it the most. From Ayurvedic analysis, I came to know that it was high Vata and Pitta dosha. Ruhi promised that it could definitely rectified. But I need to be patient. I enrolled for 3 months hormone balance diet program. It gradually rectified my food habits, which was not very challenging. What was challenging was to make me go to bed on time. I was in different time zones and whenever she used to see that I am calling at 10 AM IST, she would tell me you got to sleep. Rest all can wait for later. I had popped antibiotics like crazy, so resetting my gut system and regulating my hormones and period cycle was part of her strategy. Over the period we built a friendship and by the way, I am not with twitter anymore for so many good reasons . Now I see myself as a confident person. I found my love back for travelling and its a blessing to see that all my inhibitions about my face have moved away.
