What is 7 days super detox diet plan?
7 days super detox is a week long detox program specifically designed to help a person cleanse their digestive system and reset their gut health to feel lighter, reduce excess water weight due to over eating or drinking during festive season and during holidays. If you are feeling constantly bloated, acidic or constipated, join our detox week to relax your intestinal system,cleanse liver and gut.
Our detox diet plan is special because it is blended with Ayurveda practices of cleansing. It has been planned in a style to incorporate self practices of panchkarma at home along with a clean Ayurvedic diet.
Ayurveda Detox focuses on a meal plan for cleansing Ama (toxins) from our body, and removing it through our body’s detox glands and alimentary canal. Through Pachana, the Ayurvedic cleansing process, all three doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha get balanced and metabolism, Agni improves. A strong Gut system keeps us healthy and rejuvenated.

1. When can I start the program?

2. What kind of meals will be given?
This is a detox program so all the meals will be plant based. The meal options will be a combination of Indian and western meals.
3. Is this program a completely Ayurvedic diet ?
The foundation of this program is based on Ayurveda and incorporates various principles, but it won’t be completely ayurvedic and indulges modern food as well.
4. Is the detox plan suitable for all body dosha types ?
Yes, this detox plan keeps in mind all aspects of body doshas and has been curated as per guidance of tridosha that suits all body types.
5. Will I be given food or herbal medicine supplies for these 7 days of detox?
We will provide you all with the list of food and other ayurvedic herbs and you all have to purchase it on your own.
6. Can I take my medications and supplements regularly?
Yes, please continue with all the medications you are taking regularly.
7. Will any herbal medicines be used during these 7 days?
We will not use herbal medicines but you will ask to have simple ayurvedic herbs easily available over the counter.
8. Will I be able to workout in these seven days of detox?
Exercises are very much recommended during detox week. However we advise not to do any excessively strenuous workouts.
9. Will I feel weak or low in energy during detox week?
You might feel a little tired on Day 3 cleansing but other than that in contrast you will be much more energised and focused.
10. Can I follow detox during periods?
You can follow detox during periods. But if you have intense pms symptoms like unbearable pain or heavy bleeding, we advise to avoid it.
11. Will I be asked to do fasting during the 7 days detox?
You will be asked to fast as much. But we recommend people to fast for a minimum of 12 hours as our body needs that time to boost metabolism. To start autophagy , a process where our body starts to clean dead cells and regenerate new ones, we need a minimum 16 hours of fasting.
12. Will a pregnant or breastfeeding woman do a 7 days detox diet plan?
No, a pregnant or breastfeeding woman should avoid detox week.
13. I have diabetes, can I do a 7 days detox program?
If you have diabetes, you can still do the program but it is advised to keep monitoring your blood glucose level at least 3 times during the day.
14. I am getting a headache during the detox program. What should I do?
If you are getting a headache during these days,please drink lemon water with salt. As your body is going through cleansing, it is common to feel such symptoms.
15. Can I drink tea / coffee during detox week?
We advise not to drink tea or coffee during these 7 days. But if you cannot manage, you can have two small cups of black coffee/black tea in a day.
16. Can I drink alcohol during detox week?
You should strictly avoid alcohol in these 7 days.
17. Can I smoke during these 7 days detox plan ?
We don’t advise smoking during the 7 days detox week.
18. Is it okay to get loose stools during detox week?
Yes, during the cleansing process you might experience some loose stool.

21. Can I follow the detox program when I am travelling ?
We do not recommend signing in for the detox program if you are travelling within those 7 days.
22. Can I eat outside food during the 7 days detox program?
It is always advisable to eat home cooked meals during detox week. However if for any unavoidable reason you have to eat out, it is advisable to try and eat food which is clean, healthy and not processed at all.
23. Do I have to avoid junk food during these 7 days of detox?
Yes, all sorts of junk food, processed food, canned juices, packet food etc should be avoided.
24. What all food items do I need to avoid during 7 days detox?
Food items that need to be strictly avoided are:
Chips
Biscuits
Tetra pack juices
Canned food

Cold drinks
Processed food like breads
Processed meats and cold cuts
Raw vegetables like salads

25. How much do I need to drink during detox week?
